Subhashree started her career from CCD where she joined as a trainee with a salary of 4800 in 2014. Her quest for learning made her enroll in Lernern’s Work Integrated BBA (Retail & Hospitality) course where she proved her excellence both academically and professionally. Her persistent hard work & zest for learning led her to an opportunity with Haagen-Dazs accompanied by a salary of INR 38000/ per month. In addition, she also went on to represent Odisha at various skilling forum and has been awarded as a Skill Icon, making the state proud. She aims to be an entrepreneur in the future,
A humble village girl, Suchitra first came to Lernern dreaming of a career she could pursue that would make her independent. She enrolled in the Work-Integrated BBA (Retail & Hospitality) Program while also training with Café Coffee Day. Despite a hectic work-study schedule, Suchitra ensured her path to professional success. During her tenure at Café Coffee Day, she received accolades twice for providing the best customer service and was also the second runner-up at the Women’s Barista Championship. Suchitra strongly feels that Lernern’s BBA program gave her the chance to understand the industry in-depth as well as brought a remarkable change in her confidence and attitude in her professional life.
Keenly searching for sustainable source of livelihood, Gautam’s journey brought him from Uttar Pradesh to studying with Lernern at Odisha. A graduate of the Work-Integrated BBA (Retail & Hospitality) course, Gautam soon secured a position at Café Coffee Day. He rapidly went to become a store manager at Che Bakers and Keventers as well. Through the BBA course, he truly feels his career grew at a faster pace than he would have imagined. It is his dream to start his own café as soon as he can.
A light-hearted boy from Jharkhand, Rohit began working early on as an operations trainee at Café Coffee Day. A joint-wage earner with her father, he had to begin his professional life immediately after his intermediate schooling. His aspirations for a higher education however never faltered. When given the opportunity to study the Work Integrated BBA, Rohith grabbed it with both hands. He says, ‘I never thought it would be possible to study and maintain a job but this course allowed me the chance to fulfil both goals. I’m so happy I took this opportunity and found this platform’. He continues to aspire to keep studying and improving his professional certifications.
