Flexi CTS Certifications (Flexi MOU) is a government recognized program, designed to encourage practical learning, catering to both industry and trainee needs. It is a work-embedded program wherein students receive real world exposure in actual work environments. Lernern offers two courses within this program:

These programs are designed to help students learn a skill that will immediately translate to an earning opportunity, either with a job or through nano-mini-micro entrepreneurship. The training programs will entail technical vocational training and additional modules on necessary entrepreneurial skills to translate the skill into a small business.
This program features customized technology enabled blended learning solutions for industrial workforces as per industry requirements enabling partners to host their training content, manage & monitor the training of their workforce on the platform while maintaining full data privacy & ownership. Training solutions developed include those focused on productivity enhancements & quality, industrial safety, compliance training.

Prior to founding Gram Tarang, Abhinav spent seven years with GE & HP, in Bangalore & Amsterdam, where he specialized in Financial Planning, Asset Management, Project Management- Business Planning, Business Intelligence & Analytics.
Aditya Saikia leads the government liaison, business development & partnerships functions for the company, while also overlooking operations across the North-east, Punjab & Gram Tarang’s National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) projects. His career includes 11 years of experience in investment banking with Rothschild India as well as 6 years as an equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions banker in London

Centurion University of Technology & Management, a NAAC A Grade accredited University and govt. notified Skills University & MSDE notified Center of Excellence. Operates 10 schools across 5 constituent campuses in Odisha & AP. The School of Vocational Education & Training is also an MSDE approved skill certifying & awarding body and works closely with Gram Taragn & Lernern to provide further education opportunities to the marginalized & blue collar workers.

This portal will be instrumental in helping DGT monitor and manage the program implementation of
Flexi MoU across the country.
